I would like to point out that the annihilation of my Dwarf fleet today was due to `unfavourable conditions`, like what happened to the Germans at Stalingrad, and, therefore, just like Stalingrad, was someone else`s fault.
Still waiting for my first win of 2013; clearly just bad luck rather than poor tactics.

Typical Dwarven workmanship - everything is made from solid iron - which doesn't really float that well....

We Shroud Mages are far more advanced and a tad more evil and scheming than our dumber kindred and use steam to defeat our enemies rather than the hot air you succumbed to

You can try your hand vs Ralgar or Shroud Mages any time you feel like it. Just send a clockwork pidgeon my way with the date and time.

Yep, I`d enjoy that.
My dwarf types are hanging from the washing-line drying out right now after their little swim(the ones not consumned by evil pox that is).
I`ve got nothing arranged for the next few meetings so whenever you`re available.
Also, if I recall, you also play `Victory at Sea`?
If your up for that sometime also, I can go to a max of 5 War level points with an RN fleet.

I've nothing planned either for the next few so I'm open for a gubbing.

I haven't actually run any Victory at sea yet but I have read the rules front to back a few times. It might be worth a try, I'll put together something suitable to face the RN although next meeting might be a bit quick for that. There's a new version on the way from Mongoose with quite a few changes (I've read comments that the targeting is a bit too accurate....)

I`ve got 850pts if I can use a flagship AND a battleship. If not then it`ll have to be 750pts (dwarf building is as slow as their ships).
I may not be there for bang-on 1pm but I will be there or thereabouts.
Seeing as your evil dwarves were fighting good dwarves last time, may I suggest Ralgar?
